Trisha Phelps is the President/Owner of Progressive Rehab/Sports Therapy. The company was founded in 1992. Trisha has been a therapist for over 20 years. She graduated from Chicago State University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. Trisha is the only OT in the country to be certified in Active Release Technique (ART) in all three categories: upper extremities, lower extremities, and the spine. In addition she specializes in women’s health therapy techniques and is currently working on becoming a certified visceral manipulation therapist.
